Immersing an organisation in agile transformation
The brief
ANZ wanted to excite and inspire its entire workforce towards a revolutionary new way of working being rolled out across the bank. Communicating to a 4,000 strong workforce in Melbourne, an educational experience was required for people who would be impacted directly or indirectly by the major ways of working transformation across it’s organisation.
The solution
Working with external SMEs and ANZ communications specialists, a self-explore marketplace event was created, that included facilitated learning zones, team activities and educational giveaways. I led the design and build of the marketplace information displays, visual branding and physical experience, including the way finding and educational activities.
