Raising awareness about operational risk & compliance via creative communications
The brief
After the Royal Commission into Financial Services, banks were put under the microscope on how they operated and manage risk and compliance internally. ANZ identified the need to raise awareness for all employees regarding their new operational risk and compliance framework and that every employee had a responsibility to manage their own risk to then help the bank manage theirs.
The solution
Working with senior operational risk leaders, a communications plan was developed to help the organisation role out a series of creative communications across multiple channels and cohorts. I led the collaborative design sessions, creative thinking and development of the visual identity, educational activations, messaging and campaign planning.
